What You Should Know About Endermologie®

Endermologie® is a non-invasive face and body treatment that manipulates the connective tissue by using the unique mechanisation of Tissular Rolling and Tissular Lifting. This mechanism increases circulation through suction and targets deep fat and fibrosis while tightening the skin with its rolling action, resulting in slimming, cellulite reduction and anti-aging. Endermologie® has five significant outcomes:
- Movement of Fluid - moves extra cellular fluids which eliminates bloating, water retention and fat deposits.
- Reduction of Internal Scar Tissue - breaks down internal scarring that traps fluids which generates pockets of fat and in turn causes unsightly cellulite.

What Should You Expect From Endermologie®
- You will be required to wear a full body stocking through your treatment.
- Your treatment will be a relaxing machine-aided massage.
- Your treatment will take approximately 30-40 minutes.
- Treatments should be performed 1-2 times a week with a minimum of 10 treatments before results are seen.

What to Do Before and After Endermologie®
Pre-Treatment:
- Do not eat a big meal before coming for your treatment.
- If you are having Endermologie® on your face, please do not wear make up to your appointment
Post-Treatment:
- Drink plenty of water!
- You will feel nice and relaxed.
- Directly following your Endermologie® treatment is the best time to exercise!
